| 1、 弄清水泵使用环境，选择正确的水泵类型（一般就分湿式和干式） 1. Make clear the working environment of water pumps and choose the right type of water pumps (generally wet and dry) 2、 计算水泵所需扬程。有时候碰到客户把平地输送距离也算进扬程了，这是错误的，平地输送距离乘以摩擦系数后，才能算进扬程。 2. Calculate the lift required by the pump. Sometimes, it is wrong for customers to take the distance of flat transportation into the head. The distance of flat transportation is multiplied by friction coefficient before the head can be calculated. 3、 管路弯头磨损、管道摩擦等都要计算在内，实际情况中这些都是不同的，要计算准确也是相当麻烦，所以建议留点空间，保证水泵能打出水。 3. The elbow wear and pipeline friction should be calculated. In fact, these are different. It is quite troublesome to calculate accurately. Therefore, it is suggested to leave some space to ensure that the pump can pump out water. 4、 如果选择不锈钢排污泵，还要弄清楚水质的酸碱度含颗粒直径等，选择合适的不锈钢材质。一般304材质适合PH4~10之间，超过这个范围建议使用316或者316L不锈钢。 4. Pumps must be used within the rated lift range to ensure that the motor is not overloaded. 例如，实际所需扬程是30米，但是用标准扬程低于30米的水泵抽水， 这种情况均属于错误的使用方法，会造成电机过载，严重的情况下，电机会被烧坏。 For example, the actual required lift is 30 meters, but pumping with a pump with standard lift less than 30 meters, which is the wrong way to use, will cause motor overload, in serious cases, the motor will be burnt. 6、水泵管道必须疏通，如果管道不通同样会造成电机过载，严重情况下会烧坏电机。 6.
