潜水排污泵的定期进行检查和维护
为了保证潜水排污泵的正常使用和使用寿命，应定期进行检查和维护：

1、更换密封环：在水介质中长期使用后，叶轮与密封环之间的间隙可以增加，从而降低了泵的流量和效率，应关掉开关，提升泵，拆下底盖，取下密封环，根据叶轮口环密封环的实际尺寸，间隙一般在0.5mm。

Switches should be turned off, pumps should be lifted, bottom cover removed and sealing rings removed. 2、潜水排污泵长期放置，清洗时应放在通风干燥处，注意防冻液。如果放在水里，至少15天运行30min(不能干磨)，以检查其功能和适应性。

5. Submersible sewage pumps have been injected with appropriate amount of oil when they leave the factory to lubricate mechanical seals. Oil should be inspected once a year. If there is water in the oil, it should be released, the oil should be replaced, the gasket should be replaced, and the plug should be tightened. After three weeks, it is necessary to re check. If the oil and emulsion, mechanical seal should be checked, if necessary, it should be replaced (with the company's after sales service department).

6、潜水排污泵运行故障后，请根据给定的故障排除方法排除，将得到解决，并不能确定原因，不拆维修，应立即与客户服务部门联系。
