磁力泵不同的结构形式和配置的选择

第二个方面是泵摩擦件的配置,作为磁力泵产品来说,泵的易损件主要是经常在液体中旋转摩擦的部件,滑动轴承、止推轴承、轴套。这些部件耐磨性的好坏,会直接影响着泵的使用寿命以及使用者更换部件的费用。国际上著名磁力泵生产企业,不管金属还是塑料磁力泵,滑动轴承、止推轴承、轴套均采用耐腐蚀、耐磨性优良的碳化硅材质。但是,碳化硅弯曲强度只有451Mpa,材料比较脆,抗冲击性较差。因此,在腐蚀性条件许可的情况下,可以选择弯曲强度达1471 Mpa,高出碳化硅三倍多的抗冲击好的碳化钨材质。碳化钨对比碳化硅具有韧性好,抗冲击性好等优点。如遇泵干磨,不像碳化硅材质那样会碎掉,造成内磁钢与隔离套等部件的碰擦,导致泵的损坏。磁力泵易损件采用碳化硅、碳化钨材质的是最高配置的,可以使泵能长时间运转不维修。使用寿命要比配置四氟石墨、石墨、氧化铝、氮化硅等材质的长得多。可以减少由于易损件不耐磨、强度差等因素,造成使用者在短时间内经常更换易损件与其他部件的费用,以及环境、安全等费用。
